The Centre collects personal information about you so that we can provide legal advice and support you more effectively.
We will only collect personal information from you with your prior knowledge and consent. This means when we are collecting personal information, we will take reasonable steps to ensure you are aware of:

- Who else usually has access to the information

How can I access and correct my personal information?
You may request access to any personal information we hold about you at any time. Where we hold information that you are entitled to access, we will try to provide you with suitable means of accessing it (for example by mail or emailing it to you).
You are entitled to copies of documents you have provided to the Centre, including court documents. We usually do not hold original documents. File notes taken by Centre staff about your matter are the Intellectual Property of the Centre, and you are not automatically entitled to access these notes.
